The Sand Cloud team reached out to me to make things right, and were very proactive about following up when I was slow to respond. I was able to return these towels for a full refund. It looks like this model is discontinued, but I will consider trying other towels in the future, as they seem to stand behind their products. (The blanket we got from them in the same order has turned into a cozy couch favorite.)

Terrible quality. I decided to splurge on these towels and am really disappointed by the quality and embarrassed I spent so much. The towels were beautiful when the arrived, but leave a lot of white cotton lint on your body. I've been using them for a month and it hasn't gone away with washing--but actually gotten worse. The fringe has all unraveled and little white threads are coming out of the towels. When you look at the white loops they are shedding and wispy.”

“This is a more of personal preference. I tried the waffle Turkish towels. I do not like this bundle because it’s too thick for my preference. It does feel more of a bath towel than a Turkish towel. The waffle thin Turkish towel wipes down easily. It is a beautiful color tho.”
