“When towel gets damp, it doesn’t repel/resist the sand as well, but still a vast improvement over a classic beach towel! Love the color and love how small it is when it folds up.”
“Unfortunately because of the "unfinished" edges of the Tiger Stripe, it is already fraying on the sides and ends and I haven't even used it. I am worried it will continue to lose strings with use and washing, so I am going to try to send it back (waiting to hear from customer service).
UPDATE: customer service took some time to get back to me but when they did, they completely resolved my issue but allowing me to exchange for a different item with finished edges- and keep the damaged item so as not to add more trucks to the road with a return. I would be happy to purchase from Sand Cloud again. Replacement towel for was Balance Seafoam. It is beautiful and super absorbent which was perfect for a lakeside dip.”
