“We love the butter flavored olive oil! I use it on roasted asparagus with a sprinkle of salt for a delicious side dish.
Of course it works well with other vegetables too. Drizzled on bread before toasting adds great flavor and if the bread is a bit dry the oil softens and adds moisture to the bread. I use it to fry turkey burgers for the added buttery taste and smell. It can be drizzled on mashed potatoes to replace the butter you might otherwise use.”
