I cook shrimp in the blood orange oil and finish it with blenheim apricot balsamic. Its delicious!!!

Very good flavor, I use it to cook scallops and coat sweet potatoes for roasting with some thyme.

The blood orange olive oil is a great refreshing alternative when mixed with balsamic vinegar. We especially enjoy that mix in warm weather!

Love using Blood Orange Olive Oil in my brownies instead of veggie oil, love drizzling Blood Orange Olive Oil over my Salmon before serving and sautéing green beans in Blood Orange Olive Oil. I also make a salad dressing with Blood Orange Olive Oil with Pomegranate Quince Balsamic Vinegar, yum!

Not only does it enhance the flavor of meat dishes, adding it to salads & bread dipping brought them to life in unexpected ways. The aroma is incredible, the flavor added a kick to everything...was a huge hit at dinner!
