Makes incredible caramelized onions -serve in tiny hors-d’œuvre cups over a dollop of Dijon mustard!

I just love this vinegar. I put it on salad and vegetables for spectacular flavor. The chocolate comes through in every drop. I must confess that when I am done with my salad I gobble up what is left of the vinegar. I love all your products that I have tried but this is hands down my favorite!

I am liking this vinegar a lot,but I do not taste any chocolate in it. I basted my pork chop before putting it on the grill last night. It was delicious.

I used this to make a low carb strawberry short cake...low carb pound cake (made with almond and coconut flour) fresh sliced strawberries, drizzled in the dark chocolate balsamic vinegar and topped with a sugar free light whipped cream. My friends and family loved it and had no idea that it was not only different and delicious but healthier then traditional strawberry short cake.

My sister Lauren and her husband Jeff discovered this on vacation and gave me a bottle as a gift. It's fabulous! I could drink it. Delicious over heirloom tomatoes and fresh mozzarella.
