“This balsamic is very rich in flavor...very sweet. The viscosity is perfect, not too runny, but not real thick. I am on my second large bottle of this. I often use it alone on my salads...no oil. This will be my go to balsamic for anything. I plan to order some smaller bottles for hostess gifts. My friends will love it too.”
