“Awesome! Every year we stop in the Saratoga store while in town for the races. This summer I tried the Lemon White Balsamic. I use it with my balsamic herb salad dressing recipe drizzled over fresh Jersey Tomatoes, Sweet Onion rings and fresh Mozzarella. A sprinkling of slivered basil leaves on top and OMG it's the absolute best summer salad you could eat.
