“This Olive Oil, the Persian Lime is subtle but it is clearly infused with lime. I used it for the last step of a bread baking I did the other day, it calls for a drizzle of olive oil. I used the Persian Lime Oil and it gives the bread this distant taste of lime, perfectly nuanced with the bread. Yum yum. The only problem is the oil will be gone too soon!!!!”
