This oil is to die for. I have made everything from grilled cheese (we use oil instead of butter), to roasted vegetables, to salmon, to just a pinch in a salad. Goes great with bread too! I have been savoring my last few drops for the last month!!!

I used it to saute white mushrooms and portobello mushrooms.let them cool,then put them in a food processor with goat cheese.after it is blended put it in crescent roll dough and bake, it is amazing.also the Fig Balsamic Vinegar is great.we put it on anything.
