What I was surprised with was, I sent an email questioning the name change of the product. Before I purchased a larger supply of it, Iwanted to make sure the Italian Nocellara was the identical product as the Sicilian Nocellara. Because when I purchased my first bottle it was ‘Sicilian’. I was disappointed that my rely email took roughly 2 days. I purchased before I heard back, in hopes it was the indeed the same product, because I didn’t want to miss the sale pricing. I was surprised because typically your customer service is usually above par”
