“This is an excellent balsamic vinegar. We mix it with olive oil, we especially like Greek oils, to make a light yet tasty salad dressing. Because the vinegar is somewhat thick - not like the thin ones we often found on grocery store shelves - it makes a perfect salad dressing.”
