“This is a Christmas gift for a close friend. He grew up in a home with his Italian grandmother and mom. He loves to cook and is focused on Italian foods. I don't think it's likely he would ever find a better olive oil for this purpose than this one, or its companion one that I bought. I will find out in a coupe of months1”
