“Only used it once so far. Tossed sprilized zucchini ,onion ,garlic and fresh tomatoes. Finished with fresh basil and oregano. Totally pulled the dish together. Oh yeah I did use some of my garlic infused Saratoga oil in the dish as well. All worked great”
