“The Honey Ginger Balsamic, which is a white balsamic, is marvelous. I can’t say enough about how light and versatile it is. The only reason I have given the product four stars instead of five is the fact that the store in Saratoga Springs on Broadway insists on keeping the doors to the store wide open all summer long. It doesn’t matter if it is 93 degrees and humid outside - the air conditioning is pouring out onto the sidewalk. When I have asked the store manager about this, I have been told they want to welcome customers in. In an age when we are all acutely aware of the climate change crisis that awaits us, this behavior is retrograde and shortsighted. Please be an example of a business that is forward-thinking and that considers matters beyond profits. Thank you.”
