“My very favorite vinegar for the last ten years. I am from New Jersey. I came across your shop in Burlington VT when my daughter went to school there ten years ago. I bought my first bottle and was hooked. Ever since, I’ve been buying copious amounts when I visit, either from the store or from the grocery store in bulk. I am now in Arizona and had to mail order some! It is far better than any balsamic glaze type vinegar, with a distinct maple flavor and so rich but delicate enough. I use it on chicken, on salads, with fruits and zabaglione. Love this stuff.”
