“The sesame oil was fine. However, the ginger-honey vinaigrette was an unmitigated disappointment! I cannot believe how sweet this product is - and not in a good way. It does not taste like vinegar, it tastes like simple syrup built on nothing but sugar. It is WAY too sweet for a salad, and is also too sweet to use as a drinking vinegar (other than a cocktail additive). The bottle is continually sticky. Aside from cocktails, the only use I can think of is as a simple syrup for deserts. Certainly not for salads that have any savory flavor layer.”
