“I purchased four 750ml bottles of different olive oils. Two of the oils arrived without the safety seal intact and the cork was barely in the bottle. I was concerned they had been tampered with. I phoned Saratoga and was told they were perfectly good to use. I was expecting for them to be replaced because I really don't feel comfortable using them. I have purchased many bottles for olives, salts and different balsamics of the past few years and this has never happened. I am a repeat buyor of the same products. Very disappointed in their service concerning this matter and lack of concern for returning my call when I first reached out to them.”
