“Arbequina has been my standard olive oil for several years now. It is mild and very versatile to support other flavors like Sicilian lemon white balsamic vinegar. I always keep a couple of bottles in the wine cellar. Expensive but worth the price. I seldom cook with it, I use some less expensive store bought for cooking.”
