“I ordered 2 Mediterranean-exacta gift baskets. Received both carefully packaged except for the placement of the items inside the baskets. The first one had bottles turned around so you are unable to see what the product is. The second one not so bad, one bottle turned so you can't see what it's supposed to be. Baskets are over wrapped in plastic so I am unable to correct and present to dear friends as gifts. Even the bowls in the basket are placed upside down. Disappointed.”

While we put the utmost care into packaging our gift baskets, unfortunately, sometimes they do shift during transit, causing the bottles to turn. We are terribly sorry that you were unhappy with your gift baskets, but we do hope your recipients enjoyed the products inside.
