“The garlic olive oil black top was cracked and the olive oil went all over the other lemon balsamic bottle. They were tightly wrapped together so none of the other items in the box were ruined. I wanted to display both the garlic and lemon set together when I had a friend over to put on our salads, but unable to do that since the outside of the lemon balsamic was ruined, can't do that. I did receive today a replacement for the olive oil. Thank you for that. BUT, I DID NOT RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT FOR THE LEMON BALSAMIC VINEGAR where the outside of the bottle doesn't look so great. I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE YOUR SENDING ME ANOTHER BOTTLE OF THE LEMON BALSAMIC VINEGAR. Also, just a sideline. The day of my first delivery, 10/29/20, my cat disappeared. I am disabled and have gate unlocked for deliveries. Cat is a beautiful Himalayan and I wonder if the driver took the cat or didn't close the gate and she got out. I have been searching, paying alot of money for a Sun Sentinel ad, plus flyers, etc. I am so distraught and upset. Do you have a record of who the driver was or how I can contact - was it by Fed Ex? PLEASE RESPOND.”
