“I am disappointed because I no sooner sent my order and realized I sent it to my address and not who I had intended. I quickly sent an email letting your business know of my mistake. I received an immediate email saying you were not available but would address it the next day. My email has never been addressed. I received the package. I now have to pay, again, for the appropriate shipping. If it cannot be addressed, be honest. I have yet to get a response. I don’t believe it was ever read or acknowledged.

“Sent as a holiday gift to family down south (because Williams Sonoma dissed me, first saying my gift wouldn't get there til after Xmas, them telling me it was never getting there because it was sold out indefinitely) so I was delighted to find a fancy oil and vinnie pairing to send as a gift.
