“Product is excellent but web site to order was frustrating. This was a gift and I had ordered a gift on a separate order prior to this one. The gift message from my prior order came up on this one and I didn’t notice it. I typed my message for this order but it must have reverted back to previous order. Anyway the recipient asked about the incorrect message. I was so embarrassed. Maybe by next holiday season you can improve your system and allow addresses to be kept and the ability to send multiple items to different recipients in same order. Thanks”
