“I reserved my seats in view of comfortability & time management. My booking was of 11:45 PM. Bus Representative calls me and said for boarding @ 11:00 AM & I arrived on desired time. Around 11:30 he said bus is out of order and will accommodate in another Bus which was not associated with Geo Farhan & he will requested to accommodate in my preference seats but there were no any other bus contractor, this was same bus (Geo Farhan), departed late from departing point. They gave us 31 & 32 seats instead of 11 & 12. Seat was also not pulling back, this was very poor service I faced from bus contractor”
