“The bus I chose from your site was showing business class but after boarding the bus I came to know only first 9 seats are business class and the rest are economy, very uncomfortable and hard. Bus was 3 hours late at destination. Entertainment and infotainment is nill. Very arrogant and rude staff.”

Whenever someone buys a ticket kindly send him ticket in a PDF form so that he may take a print out and just has to show it on terminal.
