“Love my Scanpans and this small fry pan is great for scrambled eggs. Unfortunately, it doesn't have sloping sides so not so good for omlets. Thought it had the sloping sides but I was wrong.”

“simply the perfect pan for eggs in the morning or an omelet for 2. Have used this pan for at least 20 years - I replace it every 8 years or so so well worth the cost. This will be my 3rd one- cant wait to start using it. I also have the larger 12 inch pan which is not used as much so no need to replace, but that is the one I use when I am feeding 4 or more. 12 inch is perfect for frying up bacon or pan frying/ sauteing chicken or steak for a fast meal for husband and me.”
