“I love my Scanpan skillet — best nonstick I’ve ever used. This is I think my third iteration, as after ten years or so the handles tend to become loose. But that’s a lifespan I can live with.”

“Pro: Heats evenly and the non-stick works perfectly. Con: The logo on the handle presses uncomfortably into the hand and the bottom of the pan scratches easily. Probably won’t buy again.”

“Bought these as a gift for my parents and they love them. The heavy gauge used keeps them from heating up to quick (which is good to keep the surface coating from overheating), but once heated they transfer heat great, still respond well and are totally, 100%, nonstick. Its hard to find western-made pans at a competitive price and in my opinion these were well worth the premium.”

“This purchase was #5 with Scanpan. This has a silver base with a partial glass lid and I love it. I got this to replace another large skillet, and my new Scanpan is such great quality.”

“My wife uses and loves her SCANPAN. She is a great cook and the pan is her favorite cooking tool. Nothing last forever so it was time to replace. Ordered the Stainless pan this time. It's already being used daily with great results! She loves it even more that the previous aluminum pan! Everyone is happy and everything is good! SCANPAN is fully recommended!”

“I am still waiting for a refund on a lid that I had to return. I got the Refund Authorization and confirmation from the USPS that it was delivered . However no refund yet.”

“I have been a big fan and user of scanpan for 15+ years, but my latest experience is questioning my loyalty to the brand. I have used scanpan fry pans almost exclusively for many years. They are well made and last a long time. I'm still using pans bought years ago. Recently I had to contact their customer service (the very first time I have ever needed to) and the representative was dismissive and almost combative about a very recent purchase and issue I encountered. The experience was so poor it has made me question whether to buy the brand again. I can tell you I will not buy direct, and instead purchase from a reputable retailer instead.”

“Scanpan products are to me the best on the market. No-stick pans are very durable and not sensitive to mild cleaning products. Teh only issue I have are the lids are not available for the ScanPan Professional series, most are out of stock. ScanPan needs to address this shortage and make these cover available again for purchase.”
