“Sorry I was disappointed. I had my pans for 10 years the two most frequently used were scratch and scars apparent. My husband doesn’t like using marred finishes. Even so you claim no toxicity. I won’t continue to use them. Seems like the warranty leads people to believe you honor time and loyalty. Blistering and pealing seems to be your wishes. I have no further arguments.”

Hi Sharon. Thank you for your feedback. We see that you’ve been in contact with our Customer Care team regarding the scratches on your pans. As mentioned in that correspondence, while our STRATANIUM coating is incredibly durable, surface scratches from years of use are considered normal wear and tear and do not fall under manufacturing defects like pitting, peeling or bubbling. We understand the disappointment when a favorite pan shows its age, but we stand by the safety and performance of the cookware. We appreciate your years of support.

“I got the 10.25 inch Fusion 5 fry pan and glass lid recently. It is an attractive pan with a nice shine and good weight. So far, it is performing very well. This is my first stainless steel skillet and I am pleased with it. I was surprised, and somewhat disappointed, that this line was not made in Denmark as the website seems to imply that all the cookware is. I happened to see on the box it came in that it was made in China. Despite this, I am keeping the pan and hope that it is as safe and responsibly made as the products made in Denmark.”

“The Fusion 5 cookware is superb. Very even heating. Easy to clean up, especially the frying pans if you follow the preheating instructions. Also, customer service is excellent. They went the extra mile distance to find dimensions i asked for. And they absolutely stand by their warranty on the no stick cookware. Wonderful to deal with such a company.”

“The product is great, although the only last a few years when you put them in the dishwasher like I do. The product description and especially the measurements are really bad, either missing or incomplete. Even after calling the hotline and describing my old pan they recommended the wrong one as replacement.”

“Quality of products is amazing. I wish I discovered this company sooner. One of items (lid, sold separately) didn’t fit my pot (I measured incorrectly), so I learned that return process is a bit complicated, customer pays for the return shipping, and exchange for another size is not possible- new order should be placed instead (which means extraordinary shipping costs even for a little item as a spare lid).”

“Two main reasons we tried this pan. 1) we wanted something non-toxic and non-stick and 2) something that worked better with our induction stove that what we had. Our previous pans were from a fairly well-known manufacturer of pans and the layers inside the pan would make a horrendous vibrating noise when on our induction cooktop. But that completely has gone away with the Scanpan! In our limited use of it, the non-stick coating also seems to be fantastic.”

“I purchased the Fusion 5 10-piece set. It is beautiful and very heavy and durable. I’m making the change from non-stick pans to stainless steel and carbon steel. I’m tired of replacing non-stick sets every few years. It is definitely a learning experience, cooking with stainless, but I’m sure it will be worth it. They clean easily which is helpful with my mistakes.”

“Overall, I like my new Scanpan pots and pans. I have an electric stove, and although the cookware takes a bit longer to heat up, that doesn’t bother me. What does concern me is how easily it scratches. I was disappointed to see visible scratches after only a few weeks of use.”
