“Pan came with a detachabe handle the had a slight wiggle, it was lose. Why put a plastic handle on a fry pan that you need to remove before the pan is placed in the oven? Over engineered....”

“We really like the CTX line for no-stick without Teflon or PFAS. Finally had to replace a fry pan and sauce pan after about 20 years of excellent service. Caught a great sale, and are enjoying the new items very much.”

“I love Scanpan CS+ pans. I replaced my old Scanpan 11" fry pan and the new one has the same high quality construction that the old one had. Foods release easily and I simply use the soft side of a sponge for cleaning. Highly recommend!”

“For some reason the last 2 pans we bought dont work on our induction stove. Unfortunately, we cannot use these pans. We bought this stove one year ago. My larger Scan Pan works on this stove, just”

Hi Anita. It sounds like the ones you purchased are from our Classic line, which is not induction compatible. However, we do offer an induction version called the Classic Induction line, which is designed to work with induction stoves. “Best pans I've used so far in my life. Do not settle for cheap ones as they don't last. I bought 2 SCANPANs about 2 years ago and still use them everyday. Just received my 3rd one (needed the bigger size) and super happy about it. Never thought I'd be happy about getting a new pan..”

“Absolutely love this pan. I have a few dishes that require med-high heat and this is the first pan I've found that can stand up to the heat with no degradation of the non-stick qualities, no flaking of surface, no build-up of oils or residue, super easy to clean, no PFAS or other undesirable chemicals. And I've tried several other brands (Hexclad, All Clad, GreenPan). The only negative I can say is that the lids are a bit expensive and wish they would have come with the pan.”

“I like the pans a lot. My food comes out well cooked and non stick. My stews simmer nicely and cook evently. My only suggestion would be for them to be lighter a little. They are heavy when washing them and when picking them up with food in it. But overall they are great !!!”
