“My wife uses and loves her SCANPAN. She is a great cook and the pan is her favorite cooking tool. Nothing last forever so it was time to replace. Ordered the Stainless pan this time. It's already being used daily with great results! She loves it even more that the previous aluminum pan! Everyone is happy and everything is good! SCANPAN is fully recommended!”

“OMG of all the scan pans we have purchased over the years, this is THE best. Every order will be in the CX line from now on! This pan is amazing. AND that it can be cleaned in the diswasher is even more amazing. LOVE this pan!”

“I am still waiting for a refund on a lid that I had to return. I got the Refund Authorization and confirmation from the USPS that it was delivered . However no refund yet.”

“I bout the beautiful set of Scanpans with the glass tops. I absolutely love cooking with them. The food cooks perfectly and after dinner clean-up is easy. I am enjoying cooking more now that I have the best equipment. Thank you for a great product that is so well made!”

“I have been a big fan and user of scanpan for 15+ years, but my latest experience is questioning my loyalty to the brand. I have used scanpan fry pans almost exclusively for many years. They are well made and last a long time. I'm still using pans bought years ago. Recently I had to contact their customer service (the very first time I have ever needed to) and the representative was dismissive and almost combative about a very recent purchase and issue I encountered. The experience was so poor it has made me question whether to buy the brand again. I can tell you I will not buy direct, and instead purchase from a reputable retailer instead.”

“Scanpan products are to me the best on the market. No-stick pans are very durable and not sensitive to mild cleaning products. Teh only issue I have are the lids are not available for the ScanPan Professional series, most are out of stock. ScanPan needs to address this shortage and make these cover available again for purchase.”

“I love my 11" nonstick frypan with lid. It's the perfect size for me and my family when they visit. And, it is user friendly, as I can use my favorite metal spatula and nonstick tools. Cleanup is a snap. I would highly recommend this product.”

“I did not truly understand the magnitude of difference a good quaility pan could make when cooking until I received the ScanpansCS+ 2-Piece Fry Pan Set - 8" & 10.25 and CLASSIC PLUS 4 QT Deep Saute Pan. These pans are gamechangers in my cooking world! Dont think I can ever go back to a non-Scanpan.”

“The 12-inch wok is great. It's truly non-stick and it retains heat really well. The only downside is that it's too small for most of my cooking needs. I'd love to see a 14-inch or bigger wok. I had a 14-inch scanpan wok for years but the surface had really worn out. Unfortunately, Scanpan doesn't seem to offer a 14-inch or bigger option any more. What a pity!”
