“The product is awesome. I think customer service could use some improvement. I never received a response to my original inquiry through the website even though I received an email saying they would contact me. I did get an email every time my order was cancelled. I feel there could be better communication regarding products that are sold out and my never come back in stock.”

“I just received my new fry pan, I love it. This the third pan, one I still have. One I just had to replace, after having it for several years. It had started to stick.”

“Just bought a small saucepan to add to my collection of frying pans. Great products to cook with and cleanup is a breeze. Nothing sticks, including eggs. The glass lids, purchased separately for the pans, also great. The metal lid that came with the saucepan, not so much. Overall a good investment!”

“About 15 years ago, I splurged and bought a Scanpan set. Recently I needed a new 10" saute pan, having worn out and replaced several from other brands. Suddenly I looked at the pans in my cupboard and realized that all the original Scanpan items are still going strong after all these years. So I went ahead and ordered the 10" saute pan and couldn't be happier. Great size and shape and I know it will last forever!”

“Nice pots. My wife was complaining about the weight or her well known pots and pans. The cast iron pots were just too heavy. She is very happy with the Scanpans and we have now have a collection of them”

“I haven't had a chance to try this pan yet however, I have a CS+ 12" saute pan that we use almost daily. It is GREAT. I bought that saute pan to replace my Scanpan 2000 11" saute that started losing it's coating. Sad. Because now I reluctantly use it when I need another pan. Please know that I am thrilled with the new pan and I am sure to get excelent service from it as well.”

“We own 4 diffeent size Scanpans, the first one bought twenty years ago. The latest one has a different non-stick coating and it works perfectly. We've made omelets, hamburgers on the new one. Love our Scanpans.”
