“I’ve used all but 2 of my new pans several times. (Medium sauce pan and large fry pan) All the rest are fantastic. I used almost no oil in the fry pan and sauté pan. All the pans are so easy to clean. I love that. I ordered the 10 piece professional set. I feel like these pans will last a lifetime with no problems. The only negative is the lids get hot and I have to use a hot pad but I knew this would be the case with the pro set with metal handles but I really like the lids and this was my choice.”

“While these pans were the best non-sticks we have used, the surface did not remain non-stick. Less than a year later, everything sticks to our CTX and CS+ pans. We used our CS+ for searing on our induction stovetop and outside on a gas burner, and it gave incredible browning while it lasted. We also loved it for fried rice more than the Wok, but can no longer use it for that purpose as the rice sticks no matter how much oil we use, and then just steams on top of that stuck-on burning layer. We used the CTX strictly as an omelet pan on medium heat, but now even our omelets are sticking in the center. For the price point, I assumed we would have these pans much longer, but I may have to revert back to buying cheaper non-sticks that we can replace more often.”

“The first thing that attracted me to scam or design. Secondly, I was looking for a fry pan with a nonstick quality second to none. I was willing to pay for that. I had heard about the quality of this product and I took a chance. I have been rewarded by having to my collection after the first, and I’ve gone back for seconds and thirds. That should tell you what I think about the product. The second thing that interest me was how well the product was backed up by the company itself. when I perceived a certain fault in the frypan, I wrote to the company and they did not quibble with me. The pan was replaced with hardly bother. I’ll be going back again to replace other pots and pans in my collection.”

“Using the pans for about 3 weeks and so far they are fantastic. Works great from skillet to oven which I really appreciate. Cleans easily and I get a good sear.”

“I love SCANPAN products, but with this order I received some of the worst customer service I have ever recceived. Adriana and Sheila were able to cause more stress, more confusion and the least satisfaction possible after my interactions with them. I requested to speak to someone about their terrible customer service, but never received any outreach. To date, I have not received the order I made. I used to be a huge advocate for SCANPAN, but can no longer recommend your products to people, even though I think they are the best available, due to the horrific customer experience I had.”

“Incredible cookware. . Nonstick inside and outside. Food literally slides around the pan and cleaning is a since. Extremely even heating so everything cooks at the same temp. Makes cooking a joy because it is so easy. Best cookware I have ever used in 40 years.”
