“OMG I am obsessed with these pans. I get the top line because they are so worth it. Getting a new induction stove and upodated my scanpan collection. Buy Scanpan and you wil never be sorry.”

“We love our scanpan products! My low rating is based on customer service. Wanted to purchase the CS+ 3 fry pan set, but has been unavailable for some time and ask if if we could buy the 2 pan set plus the 12.5” pan separately for the three pan set price. They refused to do this so we’re looking at other brands, unfortunately.”

“Great size, high walls are a plus and the inside coating will hold up. Purchased two pans previously about 3 years ago and the still look great”

“I have many Scanpon products that I have accumulated over the past 30 years. They truly are among the best in the field. The latest Fusion 5, 1.25 Qt Sauteus is no exception. It is a perfect go to for smaller batches of sauces, cake frostings, candies, soups, etc. Terrific product.”

“I recently purchased the smaller starter set, and realized that I needed two more pots and was thrilled to know that I could order exactly what I needed on line. I love the SCANPAN line of pots and pans. Truly non stick without teflon, so easy to clean and they heat everything evenly.”

“I bought this pan and decided to return for credit without using it. The pan has now been returned and it has been in their hands for 8 working days without a credit to my account. You will have to pay for any return of their cookware.”

“I just got my 10 piece set and so far i like them. The handles do get HOT though. SCANPAN should have custom made hotpads that fit over their handles.”

“I bought two saucepans and they are great but the handle on both lids came off. I went into Sur la Table and purchased two new lids because I didn't feel like sending you a picture of the lids and a hassle to send the lids back into you 1”

“I have been a scanpan user for many years now. The best nonstick pans bar none. I am so thankful you have fry pans, sauce pans woks, and more that work with all ranges. It's just a joy to make a sunny side up egg in my 8" fry pan without needing any butter. The scanpan cs+ is my favorite collection. Also cleanup is just so easy.”

“I had a disappointing experience with customer service. The non-stick wok I purchased looks more like cast iron, which wasn't what I expected. I tried to return it, but the return conditions were unreasonable, leaving me stuck with woks that don’t meet my needs.”
