Absolutely love this pan. I have a few dishes that require med-high heat and this is the first pan I've found that can stand up to the heat with no degradation of the non-stick qualities, no flaking of surface, no build-up of oils or residue, super easy to clean, no PFAS or other undesirable chemicals. And I've tried several other brands (Hexclad, All Clad, GreenPan).
The only negative I can say is that the lids are a bit expensive and wish they would have come with the pan.
