These pans are truly up to the task! I have poo pooed stick free since it was invented and tried a new one every few years. They were all pretty horrid... until... these. The CS+ handles the heat of my Wolf stove with aplomb. I use both skillets at once to make "full English", bacon ham, and sausages in one pan, potato pancakes and eggs in the other... amazing!
