“The old knob assembly was a little difficult to remove. The new assembly went on easily. The cost of the assembly was somewhat out of range for a piece of plastic and a little metal, but cheaper than a entire new lid.”

“The Lid Knob fit my lid well and is very functional - Thank you! However, the shipping for the Knob was more than the product itself. I suspect better methods for shipping smaller items can be deployed, since the item came in a very large box with lots of padding room.”
“Well, asking for a replacement lid knob after one breaks (dropped on a ceramic floor) was easy to do. The replacement came and was easy to put on. My only criticism was that this tiny piece cost me about $20 in shipping. I was shocked, but had no choice. The cost of the item was not too bad, but paled in comparison to the shipping. I think Scanpan might be able to do a better job for that, and will be much more careful with my lids in the future!”
