“This is not my first Scanpan. I am still using the first one I bought well over a decade ago. I was surprised when I cooked scrambled eggs with some oil in the pan that it began to stick. That required me to stay right there to keep scrambling the eggs so they would not stick further. I realize it is new technology, and I will need to adjust how I use that pan for eggs. I used it for other things and it performed well, just as I anticipated.”

“This is the best non-stick pan out there as far as I am concerned. I have purchased other brands in the market and none of them can come close to comparing to the Classic fry pan. Originally bought 2-8inch pans and they are used everyday close to a year now and they are still like new and never had a problem with them. So had to replace my 10inch pans and they and did not think twice about buying this one. It is performing just as great as our 8inch ones. So, yes absolutely love these pans. Great price great quality!!!!”

“The Scanpan Classic 10.25” is my favorite pan for frying omelette and tofu. The pan consistently maintains nonstick even with minimal oil or butter. The design is simple and modern. I have purchased several sets for gifts.”

“The best Non-Stick pan I have ever had; the coating never flakes off even if you use metal utensils, this is my second one in 10 years of continuous use and it still does not have any scratches on it! The old pan is the one that has texture on the bottom, and not a scratch in site!”
