“I made a pot of chili this weekend - I got the deep saute pan specifically for dishes like this. It was just what I sought. I could toss the veggies, herbs and chorizo at the start, then simmer low and slow for the balance. The pot is the perfect size for this kind of meal (with plenty of leftovers for my lunch). Easier to use than a soup pot or my old wok. And the non-stick is perfection.”
