“I was introduced to Scanpans a year and a half ago when I was replacing all of my pots and pans. I had neglected to replace my Wok, until now and wish I had done so much sooner!! It heats up evenly, I can stirfry without adding any extra oils and clean up is a breeze!! I love these pans!!!”

“Perfect fit for the glass lid that came with my SCANPAN 11" frying pan. I just switch the lid between them. Rougher surface than the pan which works well to hold sliced potatos higher while finishing eggs & fillers for a perfect omelette. No issues with immediate clean up. Heats up quickly on my glass electric range, using the smaller diameter heating element.”
