“This is my favorite pan. My first pan was so beat up that I had to order another one. Then I decided to get a backup pan, so now I have 3. No one else offers this size, as far as I know, and not to the standards of quality this company offers. I will buy more in the future, I'm sure. Awesome pan!!!”

“For cookware amenities, it is a relief to find this size and quality from Scanpan at an affordable price. It replaces the same model whose handle was loose, but, incredibly, held together until the end. Unlike other pans whose handles are bolted to the pan, Scanpan integrates the handle fastening hardware, leaving a smooth interior. This may be a weakness in this sized pan, but given the everyday use, it gives consistent heat from fry to sautee.”
