“This little fry pan is perfect for frying an egg, hamburger patty, or frying up a small batch of hashbrowns. The pan has a good weight to it which keeps it sitting flat on the stovetop (some lightweight pans tilt because the handle is too heavy for the light pan). Very nice addition to the rest of my Scanpans.”

“I honestly ordered this size frying pan by mistake. I was looking for a 9 inch. But I am so glad to have the 8 inch for making omelettes. I’ve had scan pan frying pans and sauté pan for 20 years. They are the absolute best!”
