“Seemed nice but had scratch in center of pan. Customer service was awful. Essentially had me jump through hoops then refused to exchange it.”

“Flat bottom, metal utensils, still non-stick for fried egg after 6 months, heats up quickly to fry temperature, just does its job. This is the first non-stick that is like this after 6 months.”

“I've owned this pan for over 6 months and it is my go-to for almost everything. It's still in perfect shape. I know you can use metal utensils on it and wash it in the dishwasher, but I don't. I wash by hand and use non-scratch utensils. I love that it has a cover, which often comes in handy. A superior non-stick pan!!!”
