“I have owned Scanpans for almost 20 years. The 14" was my pan of choice. Then I tried the Paella pan, it is an incredible piece of equipment. The best wok pan you will ever find. The finish on the pan, the STRATANIUM+, is unmatched for its searing ability on medium heat. I have a full set of All Clads and the STRATANIUM+ finish exceeds those pans. I then bought the 12.5" and the 8" because the pan performs so well, you don't need a cast iron skillet to sear and cook a nice medium rare steak just use the 12.5" STRATANIUM+ pan. For a pan to sear, or even cook eggs, and I do in my 12.5" and 8", these pans are unmatched. Outstanding piece of equipment with versatility.”

“When my brother bought his Scanpans, I decided to try one out, but I wanted to be sure my first Scanpan would be one that I would use a lot so I could really see how I would like it. The fry pan I picked has been great. Nothing sticks, it cooks more evenly than my other fry pans, it cleans easily and the non-stick coating seems to be holding up against high heat and spatulas. If it keeps performing this well, I'll be purchasing more Scanpans.”

“Bought two Greenpans from William Sonoma last January. Miserable results. Returned them to store; manager said they were having a lot of returns. Swapped them out plus a little cash difference for two Scanpan fry pans. Immediately fell in love with them. Ordered larger frypan online and a griddle. They do everything I ask them to do. No sticking. First frypan I’ve ever owned where my scrambled eggs don’t stick so gorgeously that I feel like I’m chasing them around the pan. Superb product. Very happy.”
