“The S+ coating is better and lasts longer than the regular S coating, and is essential for a saute or fry pan. I still manage to wear these out, even with proper care, but they do last significantly longer than most. Scanpan does stand behind their warranty if it fails due to a manufacturing cause and not abuse. Functionality of this pan if very good and I find the handle ergonomic. If you have smaller hands, that may not be the case. The handle also stays cool enough that you can grip it with a bare hand.”

“Sturdy, excellent, well made pan! Not heavy and great for a family of 4. We use it for all our day to day cooking. Just cooked some Schnitzel and they were perfectly cooked! Definitely recommended!”
