“I love and own several Scanpan pieces. This set I received has an unsmooth finish, unlike the rest of my Scanpan frying pans. I'm not a fan of this new finish. I much prefer the smooth finish on my pans.”

It it designed to have a unique textured surface that offers exceptional searing abilities and is 50% more durable against heavy use than STRATANIUM.
