It looks like our Customer Care team did respond to your email on 08/01/2026 and advised that SCANPAN offers both 11.75" and 12.5" TechnIQ cookware, and that the correct lid depends on the actual diameter of your pan. We also provided a link to our available lids. If you purchased the 11.75" TechnIQ lid and it does not fit your cookware, please contact our Customer Care team directly.
