“I love everything about this line of pans. I can sear, sauté, etc and clean up is as easy as a wipe with a soapy rag and a quick rinse. If my hubby is doing dishes and puts one in the dishwasher, it’s okay since the stainless exterior doesn’t tarnish.”

The CS+ handles the heat of my Wolf stove with aplomb. I use both skillets at once to make "full English", bacon ham, and sausages in one pan, potato pancakes and eggs in the other... amazing!”
