“I bought a Cs+ 9.5" frying pan last year along with a 12.5" and the 3QT with the lid. I use them every day and they are serving me well. I don't put them in the dishwasher, all that is needed is warm soapy water and they are clean and ready for the next time. I like them so much that this year I bought all the same sizes as a gift. These are the best pans I have ever owned. Very versatile. If you like to cook and hate scrubbing these pans are for you.”

“I have every size of Scanpan CS+ frypans. Real Simple - Performance of cast iron at half the weight and the cleanup of a nonstick. I can't imagine any better for application that require searing and ease of non stick.”
