“I have had the AllClad D5 non-stick fry pan for about 10 years and it was a good pan but have to say that I like the ScanPan CS+ better. SO much so that I bought the 14" and the 11" and now going to go back and get the smallest size which is the 8" I believe. The Stratanium non-stick finish is really nice and you can use metal utensils with it and not damage the coating. It is also dishwasher safe, but I still don't put them in the dishwasher. Also love the exterior finish of the CS+ with a soft brushed stainless look. I cook a lot and in my opinion these are the best non-stick pans you can buy. A little on the heavy side but they are built to last.”
