“I have not had the oportunity to try the new pan yet however, I have a CS+ 12" saute pan that is used almost daily and could not be more pleased. I bought the 12" pan to replace my Scanpan 2000 11" saute pan that started losing it's coating. Sad to only use it when I have to for fear of eating the coating. Anyway I am certain that the new pan will give me excelent service.”
