“Overall, I like my new Scanpan pots and pans. I have an electric stove, and although the cookware takes a bit longer to heat up, that doesn’t bother me. What does concern me is how easily it scratches. I was disappointed to see visible scratches after only a few weeks of use.”

Scratches will happen with SCANPAN cookware with use with any utensils used. It is part of normal wear and tear and does not impact the nonstick properties or performance of the pan. “Love my new cookware. Nothing sticks to the surface and they are so easy to clean. They heat up quickly and food cooks fast. My only complaint would be the weight of the pans. I have trouble with my hands and lifting the pans requires two hands for me. Would recommend these pans to anyone.”
