“It's all about the cook and release! Cooks well and can produce browning even though it is non-stick. Clean-up is easy ...just let the pan cool down.”

“We own two 9.5" fry pans; both dedicated to breakfast eggs: his and hers. These pans are essential. Breakfast would not be the same without them. We love our Scan Pans!!”
